Group Bookings
It's so easy to make a group booking on Traveltrain rail services.
Did you know discounts could apply when you travel as a group?
If you've got a group of 10 or more you need to move from A to B a Traveltrain Group Booking Officer can help. Let them know how many people you've got to move and where you want to go. We will advise you on services, fares, luggage requirements and availability of meals on your journey.
All you have to do is contact a Group Booking Officer and the rest will be taken care of. Once travel is organised you'll receive a telephone call from one of our group booking officers and a letter of confirmation.
Group discount will not apply to journeys less than 100 kilometres and groups must travel together with passengers joining and leaving at the same stations.

QR Limited Traveltrain wishes to assist you with travel arrangements on your school excursions. Turn your next excursion into an unforgettable train journey.
Our Edu$aver policy provides for discounted rail travel on a number of our Outback services and the Bundaberg Tilt Train. Edu$aver may apply to school groups of 15 or more children/students (primary and secondary schools) travelling in economy seats. One teacher/adult per group may travel free and additional teachers or parents will receive a discount off the standard adult economy sitting fare. Other conditions apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
